  • Billing:
    • At least 15 days after the date of installation
  • Payment of Water Bills:
    • a. Before Due Date - 5% Discount
    • After Due Date - 10% Penalty
    • Senior Citizen - 5% Discount
  • Disconnection:
    • Non-payment of water bills for at least two (2) months
  • Reconnection:
    • Reconnection Fee of P 300.00 plus unpaid water bills if there are any
  • Meter Transfer:
    • Transfer Fee of P 100.00 plus estimated cost of materials if there are any
  • Meter Replacement:
    • Fee of P 1,200.00 for meter replacement if the damage is due to the negligence of consumer.
  • Illegal Connection:
    • 1st Offense - P 3,000.00
    2nd Offense - P 6,000.00
    3rd Offense – Permanent Disconnection
  • Calibration:
    • If after the calibration, the water meter was found to be defective then meter will be replaced for free
  • Leaks:
    • Before the meter - Office obligation
    • After the meter - Consumer's obligation
